How do I commission a custom pet portrait?

Select your preferred style, size, and framing. Upload a high-quality photo of your pet, and our artists will create a timeless portrait.

Do you create portraits of all animals?

Yes! From cats and dogs to birds, rabbits, and horses — we create custom portraits of all animals.

Do you send a preview before printing?

Previews are not included as standard. Our artists work freely within your chosen style — but if anything isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

What kind of photo should I upload?

A clear, well-lit image at your pet’s eye level works best. Please avoid filters, shadows, or motion blur.

Can I include more than one pet?

Yes — you can select up to three pets per portrait. For more, email us at info@muudystudio.com for a custom quote.

Can I exclude my pet’s name?

Absolutely. Just leave the name field blank when ordering.

Do you create memorial portraits?

We are honoured to create memorial pieces. If you have limited photos, our team will work closely with you to honour your pet’s spirit.

What materials do you use?

We use museum-grade paper and archival inks to ensure lasting quality and rich detail in every piece.

Are frames available?

Yes, we offer handcrafted frames in a range of finishes to suit your artwork and interior.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes — digital gift cards are available in multiple denominations and delivered instantly via email.

Can I request a custom size?

To preserve proportions, we only offer the sizes listed on our website.

Can I find your products elsewhere?

No — our portraits are sold exclusively through muudystudio.com to ensure quality and personalisation.

Ordering

How do I know if my order went through?

You’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check spam or contact us at info@muudystudio.com.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. Didn’t receive it? Email us at info@muudystudio.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, Klarna, PayPal, and Afterpay — subject to availability in your region.

Can I amend my order?

If your order hasn’t entered production, we may be able to help. Email us right away and we’ll do our best.

Shipping

What are the delivery times?

Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days:

  • Europe: 2–6 days
  • Rest of world: 2–7 days
What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

How is my order packaged?

Unframed prints ship in protective tubes. Framed pieces are packaged securely in padded boxes for safe delivery.

How will I know when it arrives?

You’ll receive a text from the courier based on the phone number provided at checkout.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to: Australia, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.

UK orders include VAT and duties — no additional fees.

Returns & Customer Satisfaction

What is your return policy?

Because each portrait is made just for you, we do not accept returns. If anything is wrong, we’ll work to resolve it.

What if my portrait arrives damaged?

Please email info@muudystudio.com with photos of the damage and we’ll arrange a replacement.
