Because each MUUDY piece is made to order and fully customized, we are unable to offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

We encourage you to review your submission carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice a mistake in your order or need to make a change shortly after placing it, please contact us at info@muudystudio.com within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Thank you for understanding that our products are created especially for you and we take great care in crafting each one.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
Because each MUUDY piece is made to order and uniquely customized, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery - we’ll happily review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
