We offer global shipping on all custom pet portraits, with secure packaging and trusted delivery partners. Below you'll find all the details on timing, costs, and countries we ship to.

Estimated Delivery Times

Each piece is custom-made, so delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location:

Europe: 2–6 business days
Rest of the world: 2–7 business days

Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days from dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You’ll always see the total before completing your order.

Packaging

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

Unframed portraits: Shipped in durable, protective tubes.
Framed portraits: Secured in padded boxes with protective inserts.

Delivery Notifications

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You’ll also get a text message when your package is out for delivery, based on the phone number entered at checkout.

UK orders include VAT and duties — there are no additional fees on arrival.
