Because each portrait is made to order and uniquely tailored to your pet, we do not offer standard returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we will always do our best to make things right.
Return Policy
All portraits are custom-made, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review your photo and order details carefully before submitting your purchase.
What If Something’s Wrong?
If your portrait arrives damaged, or if there’s a mistake with your order, please contact us right away at info@muudystudio.com. We’ll ask you to share a few photos so we can assess the issue and arrange a free replacement as needed.
Damaged in Transit
In rare cases, shipping carriers may mishandle packages. If your artwork is damaged during transit, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost — simply provide a photo of the damage so we can initiate the process.
