Every MUUDY portrait is made to order and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. We ship worldwide, and delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply in their country.

Make sure to enter your shipping address carefully. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
